AIM is looking for an experienced, practical leader, ideally with a sound grasp of the challenges facing independent museums, relevant contemporary networks and the ability to engage effectively with our diverse membership and national stakeholders, to lead AIM, with the support of its Board, during its next phase of development, and to even greater success.
