The Natural History Museum, London, has launched a new virtual tour experience for Venue Hire clients, enabling prospective customers to explore spaces and visualise how their event could look.

The online tool not only facilitates a 3D, 360-degree exploration of spaces such as the Hintze Hall, Darwin Centre and Earth Hall but also offers images of these areas when transformed for previous events.

“Tools like this can help transform the venue hire industry at this difficult time when the Museum is closed to the public and we cannot showcase this incredible venue,” notes Robert Wetherell, head of events and catering at the Natural History Museum.

“I am thrilled that our clients can now experience the venue for themselves and visualise their own event taking place in one of London’s most unique and iconic venues.”

Despite the Museum remaining closed in line with government guidance, the Venue Hire team are taking bookings for weddings, private parties or conferences scheduled in 2021.
