In order to support our exceptional growth, we are looking for a Software Consultant.
Function
As a software consultant you will help our customers (theatres, amusement parks, zoos, museums and leisure facilities) to implement our software.
You will analyse their processes, investigate their specific needs and advise them on the different solutions we offer. You will configure the software with the customer, and, after configuration and testing, be responsible for training the end users.
You will also be the point of contact for the customer during the start-up phase, and going forward, you will function as an intermediary between the customer and the software development team.
Profile
You will be educated to degree level.
You will have relevant experience of software implementation projects.
You will have knowledge and experience of lean project management or change management.
You will have an approachable and enthusiastic personality.
You will have a flexible approach, prepared to go the extra mile and work outside of normal office hours, if needed.
You will have a high level of accuracy, be a good communicator, and you will be eager to learn.
Given the nature of the role, significant travel will be expected, which will result in the need to be away for up to a week at a time.
