The Museum of the Broads, a Norfolk-based museum that brings the stories of the Norfolk and Suffolk Broads alive, has adopted Vennersys as their new attraction management solution provider.

The museum has several activities and trails that provide learning opportunities for guests of all ages, often accepting visits from schools and colleges alongside their regular guests.

Visitors can enjoy regular boat trips to Barton Broad and truly experience the unique landscape that is the Broads National Park. They can also join in one of the many special events hosted by the museum throughout the year or enjoy a well-earned break at the on-site café and gift shop.

Vennersys are the developers behind the VenposCloud visitor attraction management system, a modular solution which helps maximise revenue and minimise admin time and expenditure for attractions across the UK.

The Museum of the Broads has chosen to adopt several functionalities of the VenposCloud system, helping them manage guest admissions, memberships, data, donations, and more.

They will also be using the VenposCloud system to help them manage the many events they hold each year, letting them change, create, and delete events with one easy system.

It is thought that working with Vennersys will help the museum maximise revenue from secondary income streams and provide a smoother, more rounded experience for their guests.

Jacqui Griffyth, Trustee at the Museum of the Broads, is excited for the potential of the partnership. She said: “We’re excited to adopt the VenposCloud system to help improve our customer experience and to streamline our own processes. As a charitable organisation, it is crucial to maximise efficiency and income from other revenue streams given that we have limited resources to work with. VenposCloud will help us do exactly that.”

Stuart Ward, Business Development Manager at Vennersys, added: “Working with the Museum of the Broads is a fantastic opportunity for us and we look forward to being able to help them improve the management of their museum. We’re honoured to be able to help showcase the natural beauty of the Norfolk and Suffolk Broads and hope to help make the visitor experience as smooth as possible.”
