20/20 Projects offers exhibition design, visitor interpretation and information delivery, interactive multimedia displays, graphic design & branding, signage & wayfinding and interior design & fit.

Our dynamic team of in-house designers, experienced interior designers, production and installers encompass creative thinking with practical know-how.

We believe effective interpretation invigorates, informs and inspires a broad range of people, rather than just those already familiar with a subject.

We achieve this by creating spaces which engage the visitor with an initial ‘wow’ moment; we then present layered, cohesive narratives using a variety of media.

Whether it’s narrative panels, interactives, complete fit-outs or atmospheric audio-visual elements, we carefully assemble coherent, compelling visitor experiences that are stimulating and memorable from concepts to completion.

2020 have worked with a wide variety of clients, some of which include; The National Trust, English Heritage and visitor centres on several exciting projects and have designed and delivered projects ranging from specialised multimedia interpretive exhibitions, working within listed buildings, visitor attractions and heritage landscapes to brand experiences and signage & wayfinding.

Dyrham House was a particularly interesting and exciting project as the house remained open to visitors whilst restoration and rebuilding work continued. So we created a visitor experience which allowed visitors to understand the history of Dyrham house and the rare opportunity to explore the fabric of the building whilst works continued.

Another award winning project, the Rembrandt exhibition at Buckland Abbey, featured an interactive ‘selfie wall’ which allowed visitors to create a likeness of the Rembrandt painting made up of live ‘selfies’ taken at the exhibition.

We spend time at the start of every project to listen to you and ask lots of questions. We know it is vital that we understand your objectives and how you work so that every detail is covered, realistic schedules are set and specifications are fully understood.

We create a vision for the project. Our designers, specifiers and production team work closely together to develop a creative yet practical and realistic solution.

We use our in-house expertise and skills to make the vision a reality. After we have sourced, printed or fabricated the individual elements for your project, we can install them making sure you get an impeccable finish.

We wanted to work with 20/20 as their vision focused creating a community space. 20/20 showcased information to the wider community and engaged visitors with all of the internal and external elements of our space.

Megan Westley, Engagement and Promotion Officer National Trust

We have worked with 20/20 for four years now and are very happy with the partnership. 20/20 offer excellent service from concept through to production and installation and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Matthew Hodge, Marketing Manager

Working with 20/20 was a fantastic process from start to finish. They understood our brief from the outset and they were adaptable, efficient and always at the end of the phone.

The team were helpful and clear, guiding us through the process with ease and making what we thought would be a difficult project remarkably easy.

We were impressed with the knowledge, insight and techniques they brought to the table working with a historic site and diverse business such as ours.

We’d happily recommend 20/20 to other businesses and are keen to work with them again in the future.
