Museum Development Network

The MDN represents Museum Development providers and practitioners in England, Scotland and Wales which provide support to all Accredited museums, no matter their size or scope. MDN is a voluntary body providing national cohesion of regional Museum Development programmes, a central point of contact, member’s forum, and advocacy at a national level. While providing a national voice for Museum Development issues and advocating the value of museums supported by Museum Development, our vision is that policy makers and funders understand museum’s needs and recognise the value of coordinated Museum Development support in driving a stronger and more resilient sector.
